- Use of personal data
In accordance with the requirements of applicable law, when accessing the account under this agreement the customer authorises the bookmaker and gives consent to:- the bookmaker processing the personal data specified by the customer at the time of registration, as well as data subsequently provided by the customer at the bookmaker’s request to check compliance with the bookmaker’s internal requirements, provided that it is processed by an authorised person who undertakes to keep that information confidential;
- the bookmaker carrying out any actions (operations) using their personal data, including collecting, classifying, aggregating, storing, updating, amending, using, de-identifying, blocking, destroying and transferring it across borders, including by automated means;
- the bookmaker processing their personal data by entering it into an electronic database, lists (registers) and reporting forms.
Personal data is processed by the bookmaker in accordance with the requirements of current legislation using the following principal methods (but not limited to): storage, recording on digital media and storage media, repositories, marking.
The rights referred to in clause 7.1 of these regulations must be granted by the customer to the bookmaker until the expiry date of the relevant information or documents containing the information above, as determined in accordance with applicable law, and if they are revoked, the bookmaker and/or third parties must cease processing the customer’s personal data and it must be disposed of if the agreement is terminated no later than one year from the date the agreement is determined.
The rights referred to in clause 7.1 of these regulations must be granted by the customer to the bookmaker for the purpose of implementing the requirements of applicable law, for the purposes of the customer concluding any agreements with the bookmaker and performing them in future, as well as for the purpose of the bookmaker taking decisions or carrying out other activities that have legal consequences in relation to the customer, and for the purpose of providing the customer with information about the services offered by the bookmaker, and these rights apply to personal data.
